    Waited in line for almost 15 minutes without anyone being called up to get a number. Then when my number finally got called up, there was nobody at the window where I was called up to. Waited some more only to find out that the lady who was supposed to help me at my window had moved to another window and was calling people up to my same window without helping anyone. There were 3 of us waiting at the same window because we all got called up and the lady who was supposed to be there forgot to change her window number. 45 minutes just to pay my tags! This is ridiculous...and this is what our taxes are paying for!
